Welded gratings SP

Welded gratings, also known as "mats", are made by welding cross bars to supporting bearing bars. Depending on the size of the meshes, there are between 600 and 1 000 welding points per square metre, which makes the gratings extremely stable and allows them to be cut into various shapes without additional framing. The standard length is 6100 mm (supporting bearing bar) and 1000 mm (connecting crossbar), but the grating can be made by customer requirements.

Standar SP gratings:
(2, 3, 4 and 5 mm thickness)
Standard gratings with a very wide range of applications: walkways, escape staircases, car inspection pit coverings, etc.

Serrated SP gratings 
(2, 3, 4 and 5 mm thickness)
This type of bearing bars is designed to maintain excellent grip even under extremely adverse conditions: rain, ice, grease, etc.

SP gratings "Offshore: type
These gratings are made by order and are used in shipping industry. One or two connecting rungs are welded between the supporting bearing bars to prevent tools or materials from falling through the gratings. The dimensions of these gratings comply with the requirement that a 15 mm ball must be prevented from falling through the gratings.

Frame:
2 mm, 3 mm or by special request

Advantages of SP gratings:
–       perfectly suited for industrial use
–       does not bend even under difficult conditions (e.g. intense substrate vibration, etc.)
–       Creates a non-slip surface thanks to the twisted connecting cross bars

–       Stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) (V2A)
–       Stainless steel AISI 316Ti (1.4571) (V4A)
